The goal of the FIND Project is to alleviate Iowa’s dental shortage by facilitating the connection between dentists and communities, ensuring that accessible dental care is available to all of Iowa.

Congratulations to Dr. Daniel Binkowski who received a 2023 loan repayment award from the FIND Project!
Dr. Binkowski graduated from Creighton University School of Dentistry in 2011. After serving in the Air Force from 2011-15, he worked as a general dentist in Ankeny before opening his own practice in Story City in 2017. Since 2020, Dr. Binkowski has focused on tooth extraction services through his Iowa Wisdom Teeth practice, with services in Polk County and mutliple locations throughout Iowa.
Since the 2002 inception of the loan repayment program, 57 dentists have received awards – with over $3 million in funding allocated to them. These dentists have provided 326,000 patients visits and more than 878,000 dental services to underserved Iowans. This has had a significant impact on improving the oral health and overall health in their communities.
